Kadyrov's bizarre video stirs political intrigue in Russia

In recent weeks, Russian media have consistently discussed Ramzan Kadyrov's statements, in which he announced a "bloody revenge" against Dagestani Senator Suleyman Kerimov, as well as State Duma deputies Bechan Barakhoyev and Rizwan Kurbanov. They are purported to have criticized the president of the Wildberries portal, whom Kadyrov supports.

The Chechen leader's sharp reaction was reportedly triggered by a shooting on October 18th near the office of Russia's largest online store, Wildberries. Kadyrov allegedly revealed that, in addition to planning an attack on the company's headquarters, the terrorists were planning an assassination attempt on him.

The Chechen leader's words echoed throughout Russia. This was amplified by the fact that the United Russia deputies Kadyrov threatened suddenly stopped attending the plenary sessions of the State Duma. A Kremlin spokesperson distanced themselves from the situation, advising Kadyrov to contact the police if he feels threatened.

Observers have noted that Ramzan Kadyrov's body language might indicate his dissatisfaction with his surroundings. This could also be a result of an alleged conflict with Vladimir Putin. There are even theories that he may have been poisoned.
