Justin Bieber has been the subject of widespread attention lately, primarily due to his private life. For several months, the media have suggested that the singer is not in the best shape. Paparazzi frequently capture images of him wandering the streets looking downcast. Recently, he quarreled with one of them and asked to be left alone. There are also rumors about a relapse into addiction, and Justin himself has been posting alarming messages online.

Recently, foreign tabloids reported that the star might be facing financial problems. Sources cited by PageSix claimed that Justin "spends more than he earns." The 31-year-old hasn't released an album in four years, so his earnings have decreased. Despite this, he maintains a party-heavy lifestyle and squanders his fortune.

Justin's conflict with former manager

Justin's collaboration with Scooter Braun, who managed his career for years, fell apart due to financial issues. The singer claimed that his former manager cheated on him. Now, TMZ has conducted an investigation suggesting the opposite.

The portal cites numerous sources and reports that after the end of the "Justice World Tour," Justin was broke. He allegedly owed the event promoter $24 million because he ended the performances prematurely, having previously received a $40 million advance.

Scooter's company, Hybe, reportedly extended a helping hand by paying off the debt, with the singer agreeing to repay it within 10 years. TMZ reports that he only paid the first installment. Insiders near Braun told journalists he received information that Justin was out of funds. Meanwhile, Bieber's financial representative, Lou Taylor, was said to have examined the economic reports and discovered that the star's former manager was not paying him the commissions he was due, resulting in $26 million owed to him.

Hybe conducted an internal audit, confirming this while indicating that Justin owes Scooter millions. Representatives of the 31-year-old considered the audit unreliable. The company then appointed an independent auditor, and after six months, it was shown that Bieber owes Braun $8.8 million. TMZ journalists accessed the documents and confirmed that such an amount is listed.

Sources close to the 31-year-old told the portal that his representatives did not dispute the results but conducted their own review. What this review showed has not yet been revealed.
