The news about the final separation of the acting couple appeared at the beginning of October. Turner-Smith filed divorce papers a few weeks earlier, only a month after their fourth wedding anniversary. Significantly, their marital crisis was already discussed in 2022, but they attended this year's Oscar ceremony together, which suggested that they had overcome their difficulties.

- They are walking very different paths of life. Jodie loves being a mom. She also loves to work. It has turned into an unhealthy marriage, which made her unhappy - confessed a "People" informant, who called their relationship "unhealthy".

A source told US Weekly that Jackson was completely unprepared for the steps taken by his wife, for whom family life was a big change. Previously, she was a "free spirit".

Jodie Turner-Smith, filing for divorce, cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason. She also demands joint custody.
