John Stamos shared a touching gesture of solidarity on Instagram with Dave Coulier, who recently revealed his diagnosis of stage 3 B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. On Monday, Stamos posted a series of photos showing how he supports his friend during these difficult times.

"Nothing like throwing on a bald cap and flexing some Photoshop skills to show some love and solidarity with my bro @dcoulier. You’re handling this with so much strength and positivity—it’s inspiring. I know you’re going to get through this, and I’m proud to stand with you every step of the way. I love you," he added.

In the first photo, we see both actors — Coulier with a shaved head and Stamos sporting a bald look to show his support. In the next shot, Stamos helps the 65-year-old Coulier shave his head; in the last one, he and Dave’s wife, Melissa, kiss his bald head.

Unexpected diagnosis

Dave Coulier revealed his diagnosis in mid-November. The actor learned about the illness after an upper respiratory infection led to the rapid enlargement of lymph nodes — one of which reached the size of a golf ball. PET scans, a CT scan, and a biopsy confirmed the aggressive cancer.
