Joshua Jackson, who gained widespread popularity through the series "Dawson's Creek", met his wife, the star of "Anne Boleyn," at his birthday party in 2018. They kept their relationship a secret for a long time, which is why many were shocked by the news of their imminent wedding after just a few months of dating.

In 2020, they became parents to a daughter named Juno. Now, the American service TMZ has reported the information about the divorce petition filed by the actress. In the documents, she supposedly cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the separation. Jodie Turner-Smith also reportedly applied for joint custody.

Rumors about a crisis in their marriage have been circulating for nearly a year. In September 2022, they stopped following each other on Instagram, but they appeared together at the most recent Oscars ceremony.

It is unknown what the current relations are between the divorcing spouses. And this could be crucial, as the couple did not have a prenuptial agreement. Neither party has so far commented on the information about the divorce.
