I asked a friend for Advil, and then I was out for 20 days. I don't remember anything," Foxx said about what happened on April 11, 2023. When he woke up in the hospital, his loved ones told him he was in Atlanta. He was cared for by his sister and daughter. "They told me I got a cortisone shot," the actor recalled.
"According to the doctors, something is happening here," Foxx said, pointing to his head. "But I'm not going to say it on camera," he added after a moment.
