Ivanka stirs controversy with bold blue suit at election night

In the United States, red is commonly associated with Republicans, while Democrats often urge citizens to "vote blue." Critics pointed out that by choosing a blue suit, Ivanka Trump may have disapproved of her family's political views and distanced herself from her father.

The color of the suit was also highlighted by the women's news service The List, which noted that the 43-year-old could have chosen any color, such as a red suit or a neutral dress, yet she opted for a "rebellious, Democratic blue."
