During the night from Wednesday to Thursday, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) carried out three series of attacks on Hamas targets in the Gaza Strip, as reported by the I24 portal. The Israeli Air Force, it was reported, directed its actions against a special Hamas cell named "Nakba".

Hamas Cell "Nakba"

This cell, as reported, specializes in actions such as ambushes, raids, sabotage operations, anti-tank and rocket fire, sniper fire, and tunnel operations. The IDF stressed in its statement that the "Nakba" cell played a key role in Saturday's attack on Israel.

During the Israeli air strike, Muhammad Abu Shamla died, a member of Hamas's naval unit. Israeli armed forces reported that Abu Shamla's house was used as a storage area for equipment intended to carry out terrorist operations against Israel from the sea.

In addition, as reported by the BBC, the Hamas tunnel network was also bombed in the Gaza Strip.

The Gaza Health Resort reported that at least 51 people have died and 281 have been injured as a result of recent attacks. These tragic events are further evidence of the escalating conflict in the region.
