Craving a sweet homemade treat? Here's the perfect recipe for chocolate-coconut rolls!
Ingredients:
- 4.23 cups of milk,
- 6.3 ounces of wheat flour,
- 7 ounces of sugar,
- 5 tablespoons of cocoa,
- 2 ounces of butter,
- 1 vanilla sugar,
- 5.3 ounces of coconut flakes,
- 1.26 cups of 30% cream,
- raspberries for garnish.
Preparation:
Step 1. Begin by preparing the coconut filling. Spread the coconut evenly in a baking pan to create a fluffy base.
Step 2. Next, prepare the chocolate mixture. Combine flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan. Gradually add the milk in small portions, and combine everything using a whisk.
Step 3. Once you've achieved a smooth chocolate mixture, add the butter and cook until it's fully melted.
Step 4. Pour the resulting mixture onto the coconut layer. After gently shaking the pan a few times, the chocolate should fully cover the coconut. Refrigerate the mixture for about 4 hours until set.
Step 5. Meanwhile, prepare the filling using just cream. Whisk the cream using a mixer and transfer it into a pastry bag, which will help you distribute the filling easily and swiftly.
Step 6. After chilling, remove the pan from the fridge and create eight horizontal stripes using the whipped cream. Utilize a kitchen spatula to gently spread the cream and form another uniform layer.
Step 7. Divide the prepared mixture into smaller sections, which you then roll into your final product. Serve your finished dessert topped with fresh raspberries. Bon appétit!
