The Israeli military states it is monitoring "over 100 drones" emanating from Iran. Concurrently, an Iranian news outlet disclosed Tehran's deployment of ballistic missiles toward Israel. An American official, cited by ABC News, regards this as merely the commencement of a broader assault.

A senior American official, as per reports by ABC News, alleges that between 400 to 500 drones and missiles are directed at Israel. These projectiles originate from territories in Iraq, Syria, southern Lebanon, and Yemen under Houthi control.

The official accentuated, however, that the most of these are launched directly from Iran.

The same source also mentioned that Iran's offensive against Israel utilizes drones akin to those Russia deployed in Ukraine.

Israel faces threats from multiple fronts

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) currently acknowledge tracking "over 100 drones" launched by Iran but have yet to confirm any ballistic missiles which Tehran allegedly deployed.

Meanwhile, alarm sirens have been activated in Israel's northern regions, a response to a missile barrage from Lebanese territory.

Reports from the AFP news agency also indicate that Houthi militants are targeting Israel with drone strikes.

Thus, Israel finds itself under assault from multiple directions tonight.
