It all happened in 2017 when Kremleva claimed that the footballer sexually assaulted her in an expensive Porsche Cayenne near a prestigious Spanish nightclub.

Hernandez admitted to having sex with the model but claimed that it was consensual. Kremleva, on the other hand, claimed that the footballer later pushed her out of the vehicle, which allegedly led to knee injuries.

In an interview with the press, she said, "I have proof of the attack which are on my backside and my knees. I would love it if Theo apologised. It’s the least I deserve."

Despite these accusations, Hernandez was never arrested, and the Spanish police initiated an investigation. However, the court ultimately dismissed the case as no evidence was found to support the model's allegations.

Kremleva's court case

Luisa Kremleva gained popularity through appearances on Spanish television programs, but her image has been tarnished after numerous court summonses, which she often failed to attend.

In 2020, the media reported her arrest, which was denied by both her and her mother. Her mother stated on Spanish television: "My daughter is not under arrest. She went to pick up a court notification. With time the truth is going to come out."

Kremleva also addressed the issue on her social media, writing: "I have not been arrested. I have not been convicted of any crime. The truth will come out."

According to information obtained by "The Sun," the model's trial has been scheduled for October 28 at the court in Malaga on the Costa del Sol.

So far, neither party has filed a motion to suspend the trial. It is also unclear whether Theo Hernandez must appear in person or give testimony via video conference.
