Indulge your sweet tooth guilt-free. A low‑calorie tiramisu recipe revealed

Tiramisu is among the most popular desserts from Italy. Traditionally, it's made with cake biscuits, coffee, and a mixture of mascarpone, sugar, and eggs. This mixture, however, tends to be high in calories and may not suit everyone's diet. For those watching their caloric intake, we present a healthier alternative that uses natural yogurt and a sweetener.
