That's why it's worth trying the lighter version of this classic—it's just as aromatic and creamy, but with far fewer calories. It's the perfect drink to enjoy without guilt!

The light version of Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe

This fit version of the fall drink is a way to enjoy the seasonal classic without excess sugar and calories. The light version of the Pumpkin Spice Latte is an ideal suggestion for fall afternoons—warming, aromatic, and healthy.

Ingredients:

              
  • 1 cup of strong coffee (or espresso)
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk (or other low-calorie plant-based milk)
  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice (a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves)
