Increased noise in Poland as allied aircraft respond to Russia
"Attention, there may be an increased level of noise in the country's southeastern area due to the commencement of operations in our airspace by Polish and allied aircraft," informed the Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces early Wednesday morning. This is related to another Russian attack on targets, including in Ukraine.

"Tonight, we are witnessing the activity of the long-range aviation of the Russian Federation carrying out strikes using cruise missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles of the Shaded type on objects located, among others, in the western territory of Ukraine," reported the Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces on platform X.
The communiqué emphasized that all necessary procedures have been activated to ensure the safety of Polish airspace. "The Operational Command is continuously monitoring the situation," it reads.
The Operational Command reminded that this is another situation of this kind. Russian aviation's last activity related to strikes on the territory of western Ukraine was recorded on the night of June 6 to 7.

On the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, an air raid alert was announced in most regions due to a possible missile attack by the Russian Federation.
"Attention! Missile danger for eastern, northern, and southern regions! Cruise missiles will probably be launched from TU-95ms aircraft!" wrote the Ukrainian Armed Forces on their Telegram channel. Reuters reported that explosions were heard in Kyiv.
