Did you know that honey can have the consistency of light foam? All you need is a little patience and some whipping. This way, we get a product with a velvety, fluffy consistency that wonderfully highlights the natural sweet taste of honey. It is an excellent alternative to traditional honey, especially for those who plan to add it to drinks.

How to whip honey? Simply transfer 5 ounces of multi-flower honey to a large container and whip with a blender or mixer.

• ice cubes
• milk

Step 2. Fill the glass with ice cubes, milk, and whipped cream.
