Ian Callum resurrects the Jaguar C‑X75 for UK roads
The C-X75 is without a doubt one of Jaguar's most breathtaking projects. The photos alone make it hard to believe it was unveiled 14 years ago. A lot of its timeless appeal can be attributed to Ian Callum, the brand's former designer who now leads his own automotive company. It was Callum who decided to bring the C-X75 back to life.

Callum purchased one of the four pre-production units featured in "Spectre" and modified it to meet the homologation requirements in the United Kingdom.
The modifications include, among other things, a quieter exhaust system, a catalyzer, and a new control map for the five-liter V8 engine. Originally, the C-X75 was envisioned with a 1.6 turbocharged engine supported by a gas turbine. However, the versions that appeared in the film were equipped with a more "conventional" V8.
In addition, the car received a completely new paint job and improved body fit — in essence, Ian Callum has made it closer to what the production version might have been. The cost of these modifications remains unknown. It's also unclear who the fortunate owner of this sole approved unit is.
More details are expected to be revealed on April 20th, which is the scheduled date for the official unveiling of the C-X75 resurrected by Callum.
