Pudding-cheese cake without baking. Recipe
Ingredients:
CREAM:
- 3.5 oz mascarpone cheese,
- 2.11 cups of milk,
- 2.1 oz cornstarch,
- 1 egg yolk,
- 2.8 oz sugar,
- 1.8 oz white chocolate.
ADDITIONALLY:
- 12.3 oz dark biscuits,
- 3.2 oz butter,
- 1 fluid ounce of milk.
Preparation:
- Crush the biscuits thoroughly. You can grind them in a food processor or pound them well with a mallet.
- Melt the butter. When it's liquid, add it with the milk to the crushed biscuits. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Line a springform pan (8 inches) with the prepared biscuits, saving 1/3 of the portion to sprinkle on top.
- In the pot, combine the yolk with the sugar. Mix well and add the starch, mix again.
- Add milk to the pot, heating everything up. Stir until the mixture thickens.
- When the mixture is ready, take it off the stove and add the chocolate and mascarpone cheese.
- Mix everything well until the ingredients combine.
- Then pour the mixture onto the biscuit base, and sprinkle the rest of the biscuits on top.
- Put the cake in the refrigerator to set for approx. 4 hours.
