The cinnamon apple bread is an easy-to-make dessert that should be a staple in your home this fall. I find myself baking it every week, and my family can't seem to get enough. This cake is perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up alongside a cup of coffee or hot cocoa.

As the chilly days roll in, my kitchen fills up with the enticing aroma of cinnamon and apples. This emanates from the uncomplicated bread that has effectively replaced my once-iconic banana bread. You can whip up this straightforward cake in a snap, even quicker than an apple pie. Its convenient size makes it easy to pack and take to school or work, where it can serve as a satisfying second breakfast or an afternoon treat. The cake is light, moist, and delicate, and the pairing of apple and cinnamon forms an unmatchable autumn duo. I bake this bread at all hours - my family absolutely adores it.

Step 2: In a bowl, add the wheat flour, vanilla extract, regular sugar, brown sugar, eggs, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Then, pour in the cooled, melted butter and mix everything together.

Step 3: Afterwards, incorporate the diced apples into the thick batter. Ensure they are evenly distributed in the mixture.

Step 4: Transfer the batter into a loaf pan that has been lined with baking paper. Layer the batter with a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon. Ensure there is a cinnamon-sugar topping on the uppermost layer.

Step 5: Bake the assembly in a preheated oven at 347 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.

Step 6: Once the cake has cooled down, embellish it with frosting and slice it into portions. Enjoy it while it lasts — it tends to be a crowd-pleaser. Enjoy!
