Before subjecting our feet to invasive exfoliating treatments, it's worth trying methods that moisturize them and help remove calluses. In this case, use a product that most of us have at home.

Beautiful weather and high temperatures practically encourage us to create light and airy outfits. They are often accompanied by sandals or flip-flops that help prevent our feet from sweating too much. However, before we reach for them, we need to "de-grub" them a bit after winter.

For this purpose, we often go to beauty salons, which remove dead skin and give us a perfect pedicure. If we cannot afford this, it's worth trying home remedies to improve their appearance.

We will need natural yogurt, which can be bought in almost any grocery store. This product is known for its moisturizing properties, which makes it helpful in combating cracked heels. Knowing that it has anti-inflammatory properties and helps soothe irritations is also helpful.

Apply it to clean and dry skin. Additionally, the feet can be wrapped in plastic to ensure nothing gets dirty. After about 15 minutes, rinse everything off with warm water, and you're done. However, this procedure should be repeated at least once a week.

How to take care of your feet?

The key to our feet' beautiful appearance is primarily their care. Moisturizing them regularly minimizes the risk of cracking heels.

Contrary to appearances, it is not worth overusing pumice stones, as this can have the opposite effect. Limit their use to a maximum of twice a week, and your skin will thank you.

Choosing the right footwear is also extremely important. Models made from natural materials allow the skin to "breathe" freely.
