What constitutes this high-fat diet?

In her videos, the TikToker repeatedly mentions her past as a vegan. Her content draws attention due to her controversial high-fat diet. Going by the videos she uploads, her daily meals consist, among other items, of biting into chunks of butter and whipping up scrambled eggs made of 10 eggs every single day. However, this isn't your usual scrambled egg dish; the eggs are cooked in high-quality beef tallow. Additionally, this TikToker's lunch, as claimed by her, consists of fried ground beef (80/20) and 12 poached eggs! This would undoubtedly please a genuine meat lover.

She only consumes fat but loses weight!

@Steakandbuttergal's followers continue to be astounded that she boasts a perfect figure regardless of such a diet. Despite a deluge of hate comments, she continues to vouch for her diet, attributing her slim figure, enhanced libido, and decreased cravings for sweets to her fat-infused diet plan!

What is the expert opinion on this?

Regrettably, research suggests that the diet endorsed by @Steakandbuttergal is by no means healthy. As per Healthline, excessive intake of saturated fat can increase LDL cholesterol levels— the "bad" cholesterol— in our bodies, thereby enhancing the risk of heart disease. It should be highlighted that healthy adults are advised to restrict weekly egg consumption to seven.

As for red meat, medical professionals recommend a consumption limit of 1 to 2 servings per week. It's worth noting that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend that an average adult should have between 1.5 to 2 cups of fruits and 2 to 3 cups of vegetables daily to maintain optimal health.

Can red meat improve libido?

Can the meat we consume influence our libido? According to experts, the subject remains debatable due to diverging evidence and study findings. Some highlight the theory that beef may be an obscure yet compelling aphrodisiac.

Alternatively, certain researchers contend that overconsumption of fatty food items, such as red meat, may interfere with blood circulation, decreasing libido. There are many theories around this topic. Nonetheless, researchers unanimously agree that our diet should display a well-rounded variety to ensure proper functioning.
