How to do it? Cut the pool noodle into four equal parts. Use a knife to cut a deep slit on one side. Place them on the hula hoop and attach them with tape. Stretch the trash bag over the hoop as tightly as possible.

Place this makeshift heater in the center of the pool. The black bag will "attract" sunlight, accelerating the water heat. If time is of the essence, use several heaters. After a few hours, the water will be pleasantly warm.

The water in the pool needs to be changed regularly. Over time, it gets dirty and starts to cloud. However, there is a way to clean it without refilling the pool.

How do you clean pool water? Get some pure ascorbic acid. You can buy it at any pharmacy. You need 2 ounces of acid for every cubic meter of water. Add it directly to the pool and wait a while. After several minutes, you will notice that the water becomes crystal clear.
