A Palestinian among the ruins. This recording moved internet users
In recent days, recordings from many European cities have circulated on social media. They captured the joy of Palestinians, who in various ways ''celebrated'' the Hamas attack on Israel.
The Palestinians seen in the footage are happy because they live far from the nightmare of war. And yet, it is the civilian population that pays the highest price in this situation.
In the video posted on portal X (formerly Twitter), we see a Palestinian sitting amidst ruins. From the recording, we learn that as a result of Israeli air strikes, the man lost everything — his home and store. It's a symbolic, captivating image. The Palestinian has nowhere to go. His life has turned into a nightmare in a few moments.
The man wipes his tears, he is disheartened. Next to him lie two large stuffed animals. It is unclear whether they belonged to the Palestinian children or were for sale in the store he owned.
The total number of fatalities on both sides of the conflict now exceeds over 2,200.
