One dish that can be easily prepared while staying at the cottage or on a trip is mushrooms stuffed with meat. This option works perfectly outdoors, provided you have a grill. However, remember to grill the mushrooms on a tray and under a cover. This way, the mushrooms will cook thoroughly, and their flavor will be even more intense.
If you don't have a grill with a lid, no problem. You can use aluminum foil to cover the mushrooms, which will achieve a similar effect to using a grill with a lid.
