How to prepare a grape salad?

For the salad:

  • 1 cup of red grapes,
  • 2 pears,
  • 1 bag of salad mix,
  • 4.2 ounces of blue cheese,
  • 3 handfuls of walnuts.

For the dressing:

  • ¼ cup of olive oil,
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
  • 1.5 tablespoons of honey,
  • seasonings: salt and pepper.

Instructions:

  1. Begin by washing and drying the salad mix.
  2. Then finely chop the walnuts. Also cut the pears, grapes, and blue cheese into smaller pieces.
  3. Combine the prepared ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Next, make your homemade dressing. Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and seasonings. Once well mixed, drizzle the dressing over the salad.
