The Golden Globes is an annual celebration for film fans from all over the world. This year, the cream of Hollywood once again gathered at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, where the prestigious award ceremony occurred. The 82nd Golden Globes ceremony was hosted by Nikki Glaser and broadcast live by CBS.

This year, in the film categories, the production "Emilia Pérez" received the most nominations, being honored in as many as 10 categories. This marks the highest number during this ceremony and the second highest in the history of the competition. Competing for the title of best drama film were "Dune: Part Two," "Conclave," and "The Brutalist," while the category for best non-English language film included the Polish co-production "The Girl with the Needle" by Magnus von Horn.

In the television categories, a significant amount of recognition was gained by the production "The Bear," with celebrities like Jake Gyllenhaal, Keira Knightley, Colin Farrell, Selena Gomez, and Harrison Ford among the nominees. Well-known names were also present in the film categories, including Timothée Chalamet, Angelina Jolie, Nicole Kidman, Hugh Grant, Demi Moore, and Denzel Washington.

The musical "Emilia Pérez" dominated the awards ceremony, winning four Golden Globes. Right behind was "The Brutalist," which triumphed as the best drama, as well as honoring its director and actor, Adrien Brody. "Wicked" only received an award for box office achievements, and the series "Shogun" earned three acting statuettes. A big surprise was the absence of Allen White, who, for the third time, won a Golden Globe for a role in the series "The Bear." The best series was once again "Hacks."
