The relationship with Cristiano Ronaldo quickly made Georgina Rodriguez a recognizable person. The influencer recently posted a video on her Instagram profile from an exclusive restaurant in Colombia, which she wanted to promote. What was potentially an ordinary recording caused a stir because of what she said.

Sitting at a table in the Colombian restaurant, Georgina Rodriguez suddenly said:

- If you are hungry, eat.

These words did not sit well with Internet users, who felt that Rodriguez was out of touch. Many commented that not every hungry person can afford a meal, especially in an expensive restaurant. They also accused Rodriguez of lacking sensitivity.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez have been together for eight years. However, the footballer has not yet proposed to his partner and mother of his children. Explaining why they are not yet married, Rodriguez said in an interview with the Spanish magazine "Hola!" in 2019:

- Every couple wants to get married. I would also really like to. We have many priorities and issues on our minds right now, but in the future, it would be wonderful to be a wife.

Cristiano Ronaldo himself stated during a conversation with Piers Morgan in 2022 that marriage "is not something that is currently in his plans, but in the future, definitely yes".

- We will definitely get married someday. It's also my mother's dream. So someday for sure. Why not? - he declared.
