She gave up vegetarianism. Now she describes the effects of eating meat

American Liz Seibert had not eaten meat for 14 years - she became a vegetarian when she was a 9-year-old girl. In September 2022, Seibert slowly began adding meat to her diet, and since April of this year, she eats offal every day. The girl quit vegetarianism on the advice of her dietitian. Liz, since she was a teenager, suffered from acne, constant anxiety and depression, irritable bowel syndrome, headaches and insomnia. As she explains in videos published on TikTok, she has tried everything.

- I've eaten vegetarian or vegan food all my life, thinking that I was taking care of my health. I've tried everything: many different mental health medications, countless types of therapy, physical health medications, and even many different diets, admits the 23-year-old. - I think a poor diet was a major factor contributing to many of my health problems, she concludes.

The 23-year-old explains that ever since offal and meat have been in her diet, the symptoms have subsided, and the new eating habits "have brought her life back." The girl now makes sure that offal (heart, brain, liver, bone marrow) and high-quality meat are included in her daily menu. The influencer explains that she also started to exercise more and get enough sleep. Now, as she explains, her relationship with food is healthy.

Liz adds that her anxiety, depression, and stomach issues eased within the first month of giving up vegetarianism, while her acne disappeared within three months. After nearly four months, the girl began menstruating regularly, her headaches stopped, and she started sleeping better.
