Former colleagues paint icy portrait of Meghan Markle in new report
It's been known for a while that Meghan Markle's former collaborators don't always have positive things to say about her. Recently, the topic resurfaced in a piece published in "Vanity Fair," featuring some harsh remarks.
Although it may be hard to believe, five years have passed since the memorable Megxit. During this time, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have worked tirelessly to maintain a high standard of living and stay in the media spotlight. An extensive article in "Vanity Fair" discusses various aspects of the couple's life, including recurring accusations from former tabloid colleagues against Meghan.

It's probably not news that not everyone has fond memories of working with Meghan. At one time, there were accusations of bullying, and Markle herself addressed this on the "Archetypes" podcast, stating she disagrees with the allegations. She claimed she can be "direct" but also "has the right to set boundaries."
However, it seems her former colleagues might have a different perspective. An anonymous individual who worked with Meghan on media projects spoke to "Vanity Fair." According to this source, Harry's wife would quickly become cold as ice if things didn't go her way.

The source in "Vanity Fair" also claims that Meghan was warm towards newcomers, but they quickly lost her favor if they couldn't meet her and Harry's expectations. There were moments when she allegedly undermined their positions and eroded their confidence.

In contrast, Jane Marie, who worked with Meghan and Harry on Archewell projects, describes Meghan as a truly kind and authentic individual. However, not all experiences align with this perspective. Two insiders report challenges within the team behind Meghan's podcast, mentioning incidents such as staff taking extended breaks, resigning suddenly, or seeking therapy after their time working with her. Another individual suggested that Meghan's reputation might improve if she acknowledged her own missteps and role in these situations instead of portraying herself as a victim.
