A wholesome meal for the entire family

Before we delve into detailed instructions, there's one more key point. In addition to vegetables, fish, and spices, you're really only going to need a roasting bag.

Ingredients:

  • 4 white fish fillets,
  • ½ a lemon,
  • 4 garlic cloves,
  • 6 potatoes,
  • 2 tomatoes,
  • 2 carrots,
  • ½ cup of green peas,
  • 2 handfuls of green beans,
  • ¼ cup of olive oil,
  • spices: Provençal herbs, salt, pepper.

Method:

  1. Start by washing the vegetables.
  2. Then peel them and cut into smaller pieces.
  3. Slice the garlic into thin pieces or press it, and quarter the lemon.
  4. Next, season the fish with salt and pepper, with a slight sprinkle of lemon.
  5. Transfer all ingredients to the bag, mixing thoroughly so that the flavors meld together.
  6. Finally, place the bag with the ingredients into the oven for 30 minutes, at a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

There you have it, dinner's ready! As you can see, you can whip up a tasty, unusual, and original meal quite rapidly. Even the fussiest family member won't be able to resist such a feast.
