First-ever recorded total solar eclipse dazzles North America

NASA released the first recording of a total solar eclipse in western Mexico. This remarkable event was only visible in North America.

The eclipse commenced over the Pacific Ocean near the Kiribati islands. Shortly after 12 PM local time, it became visible to viewers in Mexico. Subsequently, residents across numerous American states and Canadians had the opportunity to witness it.

The footage was recorded in Mazatlán, located in western Mexico.
