- 0.44 lbs of feta cheese,
- 1/2 bunch of dill,
- pepper to taste,
- 2 sheets of filo dough,
- vegetable oil for sprinkling.
Instructions:
Step 1. Start by cutting the filo dough into smaller rectangles. Place a single layer of dough on a cutting board and gently drizzle it with oil.
Spread the oil across the surface of the dough using a kitchen brush. This tool allows you to do this quickly and easily.
