Famous chef's no‑bake cheesecake made easy for summer desserts
Ewa Wachowicz - a famous Polish chef - loves using seasonal fruits in her recipes. That's the case this time as well. Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries perfectly complement the no-bake cheesecake. Since this dessert is served in glasses, you can make a portion with each family member's favorite fruits or mix them. It will be delicious every time!

In summer, you can enjoy desserts daily because they include fruits and are often based on dairy products. Nutritionists might not wholly agree with that. However, this no-bake cheesecake recipe is relatively light. Plus, you can control the portion size since it’s served in a glass.
Dessert, but healthy
The ingredient list for this dessert is short. It is based on homogenized cheese, which is considered a diet food. It doesn’t have too many calories but is rich in nutrients. The ingredients in homogenized cheese should include milk, cream, and lactic acid cultures. It is a valuable source of protein. Additionally, the protein derived from dairy products is even 2–3 times better absorbed than that found in milk. The same goes for calcium; the body fully utilizes it.
With a hint of vanilla
Homogenized cheese is a popular snack for a second breakfast. It can also be used to make a light, no-bake cheesecake with fruits, like the one proposed by Ewa Wachowicz. When choosing cheese, make sure its ingredient list is as short as possible. The restaurateur recommends vanilla-flavored cheese, which is often sweetened for the cheesecake. Ensure the label does not list glucose-fructose syrup, artificial flavors, or colorings. Most fruits pair wonderfully with vanilla-flavored cheese, but the chef especially recommends raspberries, currants, blueberries, blackberries, or strawberries. For decoration, add refreshing mint leaves.
