Explosions shake Bryansk, Belgorod, and Crimea amid tensions

On the evening of January 13, Russian authorities reported "mass attacks" on several regions of the country. Explosions took place in Bryansk, Belgorod, and the temporarily occupied Crimea.
In the Bryansk region, residents reported explosions near the 50th Anniversary of the USSR chemical plant in the town of Selco. This plant produces explosives for Russian defense orders and is part of the "Techmash" holding.
The head of the Press Center of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Andrij Kovalenko, also published a video of the explosion in Bryansk, writing: "Bryansk roars."
The governor of the Bryansk region stated that Russian air defense forces detected and destroyed a drone of the airplane type over the region. "There are no casualties or destruction. Operational and rescue services are working on site," he added.
Warnings in other regions
In the Bryansk and Oryol regions, a missile threat warning was announced. In the Belgorod region, Russian authorities initially reported the "shooting down of missiles" by air defense forces and later mentioned a drone attack.
Meanwhile, an air alert was announced in the temporarily occupied Crimea, lasting almost an hour. Russian media also reported an "attack on the Crimean Bridge," which temporarily halted traffic on the bridge. Later, reports of a drone attack emerged.
