Information about the explosions surfaced on local Telegram channels. One channel reported 13 explosions overnight from Thursday to Friday.

"A source reports: 02:41, and there have already been 13 powerful explosions. You can hear the roar of rockets firing from all directions - from the direction of Dobruszyn, from the direction of Yevpatoria, from the direction of Novozerne, and somewhere far away, most likely in Saki," it read.

The specific sources of the explosions were not identified. Among the affected locations was the Saki airbase, positioned in the western part of the peninsula. Telegram reports showed a fire near the base, and secondary explosions were heard, indicating possible ammunition detonation.

Residents of Rostov Oblast also faced a tumultuous night. At least three drones were sighted over Rostov, prompting the Russian anti-aircraft defense to act. They successfully shot down one of the drones about 9 miles from Rostov.

Local sources reported that a fire ignited at the site where the debris fell.
