This delectable fruity cream cube is a tasty alternative to your traditional cream cake. Not only does it look extraordinarily impressive, but its preparation is also straightforward.

From the outside, it appears like a normal cake coated with a thick layer of chocolate glaze. Once cut, a delicious cream filling embedded with fruit is revealed. Despite its impressive look, the preparation is quite simplistic. Agar is used to prepare the cream filling, making it suitable for vegetarians. However, if you can't find agar, feel free to use classic pork gelatin as a substitute. The rule of thumb is to use 0.5 to 2 teaspoons of agar for every teaspoon of gelatin. This dessert is not only mouth-watering, but its ingredients can also be effortlessly found in any store.

Step 1: Pour milk into a pot. Add sugar and heat until dissolved. Now add in the agar.

Step 2: Arrange halved strawberries and mandarin pieces in a pan. Cover them with a portion of the prepared milk. Add a peeled banana and kiwi halves.

Step 3: Pour another portion of the milk mixture over the fruit, add more mandarins, then top it all off with the remaining milk. Place it in the fridge for about 3-4 hours.

Step 4: To prepare the icing, combine milk, sugar, cocoa, and agar in a pot. Remove from heat once mixed, then incorporate chunks of chocolate. Stir until smoothly melted. Allow it to cool down, but ensure it doesn't fully solidify.

Step 5: Unmold the stiffened dessert. Pour a portion of the chocolate icing into a larger mold, place the dessert back, and cover it with the remaining chocolate.

Step 6: Chill the dessert in the fridge for about 4 hours to allow it to set properly. Upon serving, unmold by turning it upside down, cut into desired portions, and serve cold, straight from the fridge. Enjoy!
