The eighth season of "Fear the Walking Dead" has just concluded, revealing a post-zombie apocalypse universe that has garnered a massive fan base. To broaden the storyline, American AMC station has disclosed the premiere date of their upcoming spin-off, in which we will trail the adventures of Rick and Michonne.

The universe of "The Walking Dead" is ever-expanding. Following "The Walking Dead" series, which capped off last year after 12-year-long captivating 11 seasons, the storytelling diverged into several exciting plots and characters. From 2015 to 2023, eight parts of "Fear the Walking Dead" were produced. Likewise, this year witnessed the release of two additional notable productions, "Daryl Nixon" and "Dead City." Cumulatively, there are 13 series and eight games set in this universe.

New teaser for "The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live"

In recent months, teasers for the forthcoming spin-off, "The Ones Who Live," have been released. The brief promotional clips indicate that the latest title will dwell on the romantic relationship between Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne (Danai Gurira). This pair is recognized and loved by fans of the original AMC series, and this romance blossoms amid a post-apocalyptic scenario.

"The narrative is enthralling. The characters are dynamic, and the effect is extraordinary when they unite. It demonstrates passionate love," said Gurira, who plays Michonne, in a 30-second preview. The new teaser incorporates some never-before-seen footage, behind-the-scenes comments from the key actors, and, most significantly, the exact premiere date of the series is out. The series is scheduled to debut in the USA on February 25, 2024.

At the outset of next year, fans will be treated to the comeback of the long-awaited characters in the zombie world. Rick was last featured in the original series finale, where he was seen in a CRM uniform.
