Ewan McGregor's prized 1972 Porsche 911T Targa goes up for auction
Known primarily for his roles in "Star Wars" and "Trainspotting", Ewan McGregor is not only a versatile actor but also an avid motorcyclist and classic car enthusiast. Not many people are aware of this side of his persona.

His passion for classic cars is embodied in the Porsche 911T Targa which he has owned since 2019. This impeccably preserved 52-year-old car has just been listed for auction. This presents a rare opportunity to acquire an outstanding car from a celebrated owner.
The car looks practically brand new as it underwent an extensive restoration and modernization post McGregor's acquisition. For example, it is now equipped with multimedia features such as Bluetooth and navigation.
The only snag is that due to a faulty odometer at the time of purchase, the exact mileage is difficult to ascertain. The odometer currently reads around 38 thousand miles, out of which only 2,000 were clocked by McGregor himself.
The car is now up for auction on Bring a Trailer, where it has already attracted significant interest. It will be intriguing to see how much this special car will fetch in the end.
