Bay leaves and allspice are spices commonly used in any soup, sauce, or stew. Although the first product - the bay leaf - also has surprising health benefits (it has a strong detoxifying effect and refreshes the air), today we want to focus on allspice and its unique impact on the human - especially the female - body.

"Extraordinary properties of an ordinary spice"

In culinary terms, the use of allspice is very simple — it gives a spicy, somewhat similar to clove and nutmeg scent and taste. However, this is only part of the wide range of properties that this spice offers us.

English thyme has been shown to support digestion by intensifying the production of gastric juices, and importantly, it alleviates symptoms of heartburn. In addition, this spice works wonders for neuralgia, rheumatic diseases, and bad breath. When added to meals, it helps absorb selenium, vitamin B, and beta-carotene present in the food.

English herbs. Why is it worth carrying them in your bag?

The particularly practical property of fennel is its antispasmodic effect. This, in turn, leads to the simple reflection that just a few grains of this popular spice can help with menstrual pain no worse than specialized medications from the pharmacy. Of course, one should listen to one's own body, as the antispasmodic effect of fennel can be a matter of individuality.

Using English herb for menstrual pain is very straightforward. All you need to do is bite into two or three grains, chew slowly (you should feel refreshment of the oral cavity), and finally swallow and drink. Sounds easy? And how brilliant it is! Try it yourself, and there will always be a few balls of this spice in your purse.
