Entrepreneur Umar Kamani's opulent $25 million wedding dazzles
Umar Kamani amassed an astronomical fortune, a portion of which he chose to spend on his lavish four-day wedding. The social elite graced this grand event, with the bride dazzling in multiple wedding dresses.
Having your own wedding is an event that is undoubtedly remembered for a lifetime. The newlyweds usually spare no expense to make "the most important day in the life" special, although it cannot be denied that throwing a wedding is a huge cost and a necessity for most couples to save money for many years. These concerns were not an issue for a young couple from Great Britain, who spent... $25 million (!) dollars on a four-day wedding celebration.
Umar Kamani is a British entrepreneur and founder of the fashion brand PrettyLittleThing, with which he made a billion dollars. Taking the beautiful Indian Nada Adelle as his wife, the tycoon decided to use his enormous wealth and organized a four-day bash, which took place in the south of France at the luxurious Grand Allee hotel, rented exclusively for the wedding party for this occasion.
The bride was showcased in three wedding dresses: a traditional Indian set, an elegant creation with a long shawl, and a unique design made especially for her by the fashion house Dior, inspired by Grace Kelly's famous wedding dress.
Mariah Carey and Andrea Bocelli graced the wedding with their presence and singing. Among the guests were supermodel Naomi Campbell, former England footballer Rio Ferdinand, actress Tessa Thompson, comedian Russell Peters, singer Christina Milian, and the editor-in-chief of Arab "Vogue" Manuel Arnaut. On the last day, guests of the extravagant wedding were treated to a "homestyle" barbecue.
