Sweets are my biggest weakness. I can’t say no to them. And it doesn’t matter whether it's cheesecake, cream pie, or apple pie—every homemade bake is worthy of attention.

Sometimes, such a choice can be quite the challenge, especially when, on one scale, we have a creamy and soft as-a-cloud cheesecake, and on the other hand, we are tempted by chocolate brownies. The choice in such a case seems almost impossible. That's why I came up with a ready solution. Instead of pondering the final choice, combine both cakes and prepare a special bake perfect for any occasion.

Make cheesecake brownies at least once, and it will become your favorite dessert

Ingredients:

Brownie batter:

  • 7 oz bitter chocolate,
  • 7 oz butter,
  • 3 eggs,
  • 7 oz sugar,
  • 3.5 oz all-purpose flour.

Cheesecake batter:

  • 3 eggs,
  • 3.5 oz sugar,
  • 0.35 oz sugar with real vanilla,
  • 21 oz semi-fat ground curd.

How to prepare:

Step 1. I start the recipe by preparing the brownie mix. To do this, in a pot on the stove, I combine butter and bitter chocolate

Step 2. In a separate bowl, I beat together eggs and sugar. After a while, I also add the cooled mixture from the pot

Step 3. I also don’t forget about the flour, which I sift directly into the bowl with the mixture.

Step 4. Next, I prepare the cheesecake batter. Using a kitchen robot, I combine curd, two types of sugar, and eggs

Step 5. When both components are ready, I arrange a round baking form on the kitchen countertop. I spread part of the brownie batter in it, and then I added ¾ of the cheese-based mixture

Step 6. Of course, that's not the end because I place dollops of the brownie mixture directly on the cheesecake layer. Using a wooden stick, I distribute the dark dollops over the entire surface of the form, creating a delicate pattern

Step 7. In the end, I add even more cheesecake batter and brownie mixture and repeat the process with the stick. Only in such an edition can the form go into the preheated oven for 45 minutes. During this time, the device should work at 338 degrees Fahrenheit

Step 8. And that's all, enjoy your meal!
