During a discussion on the X platform (formerly Twitter) on October 23, Elon Musk argued that America's priority should be to avoid the outbreak of World War III and prevent a situation in which a regional conflict becomes a global conflict, as reported by the online newspaper "Ukrainian Pravda". Musk suggested that US policies are forcing Russia into an alliance with Iran and China. And these countries, united with each other, could defeat the West in a global conflict.

According to the owner of Tesla, a fierce confrontation with China and Russia would be disastrous for the United States. Russia with its rich resources and China with its industrial potential make a powerful, dangerous combination. Meanwhile, America's military power is not what it once was - Musk concluded. "We must forge peace in Ukraine and restore normal relations with Russia," he said.

During an online discussion, Elon Musk also called for a ceasefire in Ukraine. As reported by "Ukrainian Pravda," he describes the ongoing war there as a "hopeless situation." The billionaire suggested that there is no anti-Russian rebellion in the areas occupied by Russia, and a ceasefire is possible.

As he added, it makes no sense to force areas to be part of Ukraine when their inhabitants want them to be part of Russia. He is convinced that the residents of eastern Ukraine and Crimea, occupied by Russia, actually want to be Russians.
