"Kekius is a Latin version of "kek," a term used by gamers that also refers to the Egyptian god of darkness.
"Maximus" might be an allusion to the character from the film Gladiator. As reported by the BBC, Musk, who is closely associated with President-elect Donald Trump, has not provided an explanation for the name change. His actions on the X platform frequently elicit strong reactions in the cryptocurrency world.
