Elon Musk continues to secure his position at the top of the world's wealthiest individuals every month, consistently expanding his impressive fortune. According to the billionaire index published by Bloomberg last week, he has amassed over $270 billion, largely comprised of shares in the automotive company Tesla. Their value is increasing at an impressive rate, with a boost of $33.5 billion just last Thursday.

The technology mogul, often referred to as the "modern-day Midas," is renowned not only for his enviable business acumen but also for his distinctive views and eccentric ideas, which he executes easily. In 2020, he divested himself of all luxuries almost overnight by selling five of his residences for hundreds of millions of dollars. Choosing not to invest in more real estate, he moved into a modest small house, which hardly reflected his impressive material status.

Is Elon Musk planning to gather his entire family in one place?

According to journalists from the New York Times, Musk has acquired a residential complex in Austin, Texas, valued at $35 million. Elon Musk can earn such an amount in just under 16 hours.

The main feature is a luxurious villa covering an area of 14,639 square feet, architecturally reminiscent of grand residences found in Italy's Tuscany region. Directly behind it is an equally impressive property with 6 bedrooms. The purchase of two separate residential buildings was reportedly motivated by the desire to provide housing for the 53-year-old’s former partners: an employee of his neurotechnology firm Neuralink, Shivon Zilis, and singer Grimes, as well as six children from his recent relationships.

Elon Musk offered a separate residence to his first wife, Justine, who gave birth to twins in 2004 and triplets two years later. The billionaire's oldest child reportedly didn’t even consider the proposal. It is widely known that the relationship with the father is not exactly friendly...

Elon Musk denied media revelations

The South African businessman promptly responded to the reports published by the American newspaper. Between the lines, it can be inferred that he does not plan to strengthen family ties. He denied plans to gather all his former partners and children in one place.

I don't own, nor am I building a compound in Austin - assured Elon Musk.

The financial magnate also emphasized his wish to expand his influence in Texas. Naturally, he is driven strictly by business goals.

I do have an idea for a big futuristic art project in the Austin area that would be open to the public but have had too much work to get that going - he confirmed in a statement sent to the Page Six portal.

Elon Musk also mentioned that he is not among the readers of the "New York Times," which first reported on the ambitious plan of the father of many children.

Disappointed?
