Creamy horseradish soup - ingredients:
- 1 quart chicken or vegetable broth,
- 1 onion,
- 2 carrots,
- 1 leek,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 1 tablespoon butter,
- 2 tablespoons grated horseradish,
- 2-3 potatoes,
- 3 tablespoons sour cream,
- 3 raw white sausages,
- marjoram to taste.

Instructions:
