Ingredients:
- ⅓ red onion
- 1 bunch of green onions
- 3 oz shredded mozzarella
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 2 eggs
- 2 oz chicken ham

Step 1. Chop the red onion and the lower part of the green onions. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
Step 2. Sprinkle the shredded cheese in a pan with a diameter of about 9 inches. When it starts to melt, pour in the whisked eggs.
