The expert advises incorporating the 30-30-3 rule in your daily life. It involves including products with specific nutrients in your diet. With the first meal, you should eat 1 ounce of protein. Throughout the day, you must also provide your body with 1 ounce of fiber. Additionally, you should consume as many as three probiotic meals daily.

Training can work wonders

Dr. Shah emphasizes that diet alone may not be sufficient. That's why walks and exercises are also important.

"Gut bacteria can change within three days, and the brain, even in adulthood, can still develop in certain areas through exercise. Muscles can still be built. You can even counteract heart aging. There are studies showing that people who led a sedentary lifestyle for years made their hearts younger by 20 years after just two years of exercise," revealed the specialist in one of her videos.
