Dry skin, lack of regular moisturizing, and improper footwear are the main causes of heel problems. Vitamin deficiencies and diseases such as diabetes can also affect the condition of the feet. Cracked heels can lead to discomfort and even pain, so it's extremely important to regularly care for the skin of your feet.

Green tea soak

Neglecting foot care can lead to dry skin, calluses, or painful cracks. Yet, foot care doesn't need to be complex or costly. Many home methods effectively moisturize and refresh the skin.

It's worth incorporating a simple ritual into your daily routine: a nourishing foot bath. Just 20 minutes a week is enough to notice the effects. You can use natural ingredients for the bath, such as green tea. Soak a few tea bags in boiling water, add salt, and after the brew cools, immerse your feet in it. After 20 minutes, gently remove dead skin and apply cream with vitamin A.

Natural foot care methods

An alternative to tea is flaxseed, which also has nourishing effects. Regularly using such treatments will keep your feet soft and healthy-looking all year round. Many specialists recommend regular foot baths with Epsom salt or essential oils. Such a bath softens the skin, making it easier to remove dead skin, and additionally provides relaxation after a long day.

A popular method is using natural ingredients, such as yogurt, which, due to its moisturizing properties, helps combat dry heels. Apply yogurt to clean foot skin, and after 15 minutes, rinse with warm water.
