There's never too many ideas for a tasty and interesting dinner. Today, I'm coming with another culinary gem that will become a hit in every home.

If you're already tired of frying ground meat or breading pork chops, today's dinner inspiration will definitely appeal to you. It will be something completely different. At the same time, the ingredients you'll use are well-known and loved, so your loved ones will certainly be pleased with the end result. 

And since we're on that topic, I recommend making a delicious dinner with a double portion, because it disappears from the table so quickly. There won't be any leftovers without seconds, so it's better to have a little reserve on hand.

One-pan dinner

This is of course not the end of good news for today. By using the recipe below, you'll not only make something different in an excellent way. You'll prepare the entire meal on one pan, so you'll really only have one thing to clean up after dinner. In this way, you'll save a lot of time, which you can spend with loved ones and just relax. 

As for the ingredients. The star of today's recipe will be sausage. It will be accompanied by a whole palette of colorful vegetables, led by potatoes. Of course, there will also be a homemade broth and tomato passata, which will give the whole mixture additional flavor accents. From the smell alone, everyone will be drooling.

How to make a dinner using a frying pan step by step?

Ingredients:

  • 1.1 lbs of sausage,
  • 5 potatoes,
  • 2 carrots,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 1 green bell pepper,
  • 1 yellow bell pepper,
  • 2 tomatoes,
  • 1.3 cups of tomato passata,
  • 0.6 cups of vegetable broth,
  • spices: salt, pepper, marjoram. 

How to prepare: 

  1. Begin the recipe by preparing the ingredients. To do this, cut into smaller pieces the sausage — it's best to slice it into regular slices. 
  2. Then also cut the vegetables: potatoes, carrots, onion, both peppers, and tomatoes. Of course, if the situation requires it, peel specific vegetables before cutting them. 
  3. Don't forget about the garlic cloves, which should be pressed after peeling. 
  4. Only now you can put the pan on the burner. Heat it well and grease it
  5. Then sauté the onion and garlic in it. When both elements get a golden blush, add the remaining vegetables to the pan.

You can confidently serve this prepared dish alone, because it is very filling. Of course, there's nothing stopping you from adding crunchy bread or warm toast to it.
