Ducati celebrates MotoGP and WorldSBK win with hand-engraved 2023 Panigale Replica limited edition
Each motorcycle in this series will be unique, thanks to an authentic autograph from a rider adorning the fuel tank, thereby permanently sealed with a layer of clear varnish. The five potential designs commemorate the racing numbers of the riders they honor. These riders are: Pecco Bagnaia (63), Álvaro Bautista (19), Jorge Martín (89), Marco Bezzecchi (72), and Nicolò Bulega (11).
Four configurations of the Panigale V4 are built on the S model and come equipped with racing extras, such as a nine-disc dry clutch and an Akrapovic muffler that shaves off about 4.4 lbs. On top of this, the Brembo brake system is beefed up with StylemaR calipers and an MCS brake pump with remote adjustment. Also, Rizoma footrests crafted out of aluminum are added.
No expenses were spared in implementing Carbon Fiber—it was used to craft the thermal cover of the exhaust manifolds, the alternator cover, front and rear mudguards, and the brake ducts. A cover for the single-sided swingarm was fabricated out of fiber and titanium.
On the other hand, the Panigale V2 (inspired by Bulega) replica includes mufflers designed exclusively for the racetrack, elevating the output by roughly 2.5 percent (while reducing weight by about 11 lbs). Additionally, a kit has been supplied to remove the license plate and mirrors for pure, undistracted riding.
