"Last night, a drone crashed at the oil base in Svetlograd," wrote regional governor Vladimir Vladimirov. He confirmed that no one was injured and that services are working on-site.

Videos have surfaced on Telegram channels, reportedly capturing the moment the drone hit. According to "Baza," a fire broke out at the site following the explosion.

In other recordings, an oil depot employee noted that when the drone struck, "the protection helped" – referring to a special metal net installed over the fuel tank.

Ukrainian drone attacks

On the night of October 31 to November 1, dozens of drones targeted Russian regions. The governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, reported that a residential building was damaged in the attack. The Russian Ministry of Defense claims to have shot down 83 unmanned aircraft.

Simultaneously, the Ukrainian Air Forces were responding to Russian drone bombardments, destroying 31 out of 48 unmanned aerial vehicles and one X-59/69 guided missile.

"Fourteen drones were lost, and three unmanned aerial vehicles flew toward Belarus. Air defense also managed to shoot down one X-59/69 guided missile, while the others failed to reach their targets due to active resistance," the statement reads.
